Prime Minister Mark Carney is visiting Tumbler Ridge, B.C., today to attend a vigil for the victims of Tuesday’s mass shooting. He has invited other federal party leaders to join him. The small community continues to mourn and heal as leaders and residents seek comfort and unity after one of the deadliest school shootings in recent Canadian history.
