Trail Markers and the questions we get asked

In today's episode, we are discussing the Trail Markers system and some of the questions we get asked when we are walking the people who run businesses through this process. We use this system as we work with people and businesses to navigate transition, whether it is for an individual who is starting a new job, a group of people starting a business, or a current business that is looking to grow.

Trail markers help mark the beginning and end of a trail, a change in direction along the way, or an intersection of trails.

Below are the trail markers and some of the questions for your refelction.

Trail Markers

Purpose - Who am I supposed to serve?

Strategy - What am I supposed to do next

People - How do I get the right people on the bus and in the right seats? Am I driving the right bus?

Communication - How do I get everyone involved with the communication process

Repeatable process - What repeatable outcomes am I trying to get?

A forged Leader knows who they are and what they need to do next.
