Nick Antinozzi was my neighbor and is my friend.  I find him fascinating.  He's a trucker by trade, but for fun and a little profit, and because it's a calling for him, he's a writer.  He has 12 books self-published on Amazon as well as a number of short stories and audiobooks.  He has a loyal following and shares his journey with us.

One Degree Of Separation - Lisa's niece

Lauren McGough is a falconer.  Join us as we explore her journey as ayoung girl who loved snakes to a PhD student in Social Anthropology focused on human and bird relations.  She's a Fulbright Scholar from Mongolia and a graduate of OU, Oklahoma University.  This was recorded at St. Andrews college radio station in June 2017 where she was being followed around by a documentary crew who is featuring her and 3 other falconers from around the world.  She was interviewed by Bryant Gumbel on HBO's Real Sports, hired as a GoPro consultant and they also chose one of her photos for their book.  In November of 2017, 60 Minutes tv show will be flying to Mongolia with her.  She's gotten a lot of press and I'm a proud Auntie, but I won't bore you with more.

Can you name your mission statement in two words?  Mary tells us how and why that is so important.

Prior to owning her own business, Mary spent nearly 25 years in the hospitality industry working at Florida's Silver Springs and Florida Cypress Gardens in Marketing and Sales. She then began an 18-year career with the Walt Disney Company where she was an executive in marketing and a general manager coaching teams of 8-800.

She was a Disney Marketing Brand Director where she developed brand positioning and strategy for Walt Disney World businesses, resorts, and theme parks. As the Business Director of Disney's internal advertising agency she oversaw the team who annually managed 5,000 projects with a $130 million budget. She also served as Director of the former Disney Institute, a 585-room resort hotel and learning center with 800 employees, 100 training programs, and a $65 million budget.

Since 2001, she has been President of On-Purpose Partners, LLC, a coaching, facilitation, and consulting firm. She specializes in brand and marketing development, customer service training and consulting, the design and facilitation of planning retreats, workshops, and personal and executive coaching.

She is the published author of Facilitation Made Easy and co-author of multiple business articles in Meetings & Conventions, Training Magazine, Successful Meetings, HR Innovator, and Inspired Women Magazine.com.

She lives near Raleigh, North Carolina and is the Co-Founder of PCW (Professional Christian Women). She and her husband love North Carolina and following the adventures of their two grown children and grandbabies.
