Joe gave us his top three tips for making the transition as he talks about his own journey from being a National Senior and World Masters Track Champion as well as a 4m04s Miler to a Top 10 at the 57km Race at Ultra Trail Snowdonia by UTMB and a Top 10 at Istria 100 by UTMB this year in the 69km race. Jared Martin led the Irish team home in the European Championships last summer in the Elite Mens Up and Down race and he is currently preparing for the World Championships in Spain in September.
