Sara is a former professional triathlete, who was born in Canada but competed for Great Britain. She grew up in Kitchener, Ontario and Dubai.  Sara has a phD in ancient history and religion. Her dissertation was about  Woman’s History and she is an advocate for women in sports. We talk about this and so much more!
