A small town police chief is determined to stop a man in a high speed chase. The driver, in a stolen garbage truck, refuses to pull over--and ends up crashing into the squad car severely injuring the officer. But this is a story about giving thanks --- a story of a wife, a family and a community learning so much more from this tragic experience.
