The government has declared that making art is illegal unless you live in Los Angeles, which has now been placed under an enormous glass dome. Never one to have his hopes crushed, former actor and improviser Jake Prizant (@corn_chex) hosts “How’s LA?” from the breakroom of the Rainforest Cafe in Chicago, where he may now be forced to work forever due to the ban on any form of art that’s not a podcast.
