Welcome to Season 1 of the Heartful Spanish podcast! 

I'm Louisa, your host, and I'm excited to guide you and motivate you on your Spanish learning journey! All episodes of the Heartful Spanish podcast are available in three versions - English only, Spanish only and bilingual (with sentences alternating between the two). 

Whether you're a beginner, intermediate level or more advanced, there's something for everyone. All you need is an open mind, curiosity and an interest in showing up and living your best life.

We will explore all kinds of heartful themes in this first season - from cultivating joy, through learning from the emotions, to how to thrive during difficult times. Some episodes will be more chatty and others more practical, where you learn by doing, but all have been created to elevate your mood and deepen your self-awareness, whilst improving your Spanish at the same time. It's a win-win-win!!!
