Scottsdale, AZ 2001. Mary Fisher and her two children are  murdered. Their throats slashed from ear to ear. Mary was also shot in the head.  The home was then rigged to explode. The suspect -- husband/father Robert Fisher.  Fisher is on the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted list and hasn't been seen since.
