This is a clip from my session with writer/director Ben Reid. Over the last decade Ben’s work has received EMMY, Grierson, RTS and BAFTA nominations and awards. 

 Our focus in this episode of One Good Take is Innocence, which I personally rate as one of the best crime drama shorts I’ve ever seen. Besides being a well paced, very believable crime story set in a care home where people are not quite how they seem, it’s a bold issue-based drama that sets out to challenge some of our preconceptions about people with Down syndrome.
