0:26 I created this podcast, the intention was I wanted to have conversations that people are having privately, but to have them publicly so that more people could be exposed to different ideas, thoughts, in particular to people of color, or just two topics that are not always shared publicly, or in the light. And so that was the intent of season one and season two is to build on that same sentiment. And so with that being said, some of the topics that are coming up for this season, our black men in mental health will have an episode regarding adoption in the black community. We will have an episode regarding how to plan for retirement. And also for those of us who have elderly parents or caregivers, how do we make sure that we have care for the caregiver. And those just a few topics to name that will be discussed in season two. I'm really excited about the ride that we're on. And we will delve deeply into these topics and hopefully engage you in a way that you will be curious, interested, informed and empowered. With that being said, to follow us on social media.
