What’s up y’all? It’s ya girl Syd and Welcome To The CoolHER.
CoolHER Talk is a space where dope women transparently inspire and empower through conversations about womanhood, careers, relationships, and all of life's experiences.
Since the beginning of the corporate office world, the water cooler has been the spot for the gossip, the chisme, the work drama, and let’s keep it real for spilling the tea. And while the water CoolHER has modernized into a coffee pot or a fancy espresso machine & snack bar, the subject of many of those conversations has gone unchanged, WOMEN. Whether it’s about our hair or wardrobe, our attitude or vibe, or our performance, women are usually the subject of or not invited to those conversations at the water cooler.Â
So CoolHer Talk is the space for US.
Over the last two years, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to connect with some phenomenal women in different careers, from different cultural backgrounds, and in different stages of this crazy journey that we call life. We’ve grown a community through hard truths, celebratory moments, and inspiring stories.Â
We’ve had an amazing 2-year run as an Instagram live series, but now we’re excited to transition into a new form - The CoolHER Talk podcast.

Sydnee has been managing the digital presence for brands for more than 10 years including Avocados for Mexico, Bud Light, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, DFW International Airport, and many more.
When the laptop is closed Sydnee doubles as a sneaker influencer and co-creator for Nike, The Athlete’s Foot, and Foot Locker.
She holds a B.A. in Journalism from The University of Georgia and has traveled to nearly 30 countries across 6 continents.
Sydnee is a native of Savannah, GA but has called Dallas, TX home since 2014.
