Hey!  I'm Kim Jezak, owner of The Mindful Balanced Mom Podcast, and I'm so excited to welcome you here, and I'm excited to help you work towards this incredible journey to find time for your own self-care again! 

At Mindful Balanced Mom, I know the amazing impact that mindful living will have in your life.  And while it may feel overwhelming right now, I know that I can give you the tools, info, and support that YOU need to put more balance and calm in your life. 

Some of the struggles I've heard from mothers include things like:

KNOWING they should be taking better care of themself, but feeling that there just isn't enough time in their days to focus on THEIR needs.
They feel exhausted at the end of the day and can't seem to find the energy to exercise at night or even get a good amount of sleep. 
They feel lost when it comes to building and maintaining healthy habits into their life.
Or maybe they've made some progress with a new healthy routine, but soon after, their schedule changes and throws things off again.
