Please welcome Sally Andersen from Burn Boot Camp Exton, PA! Sally is a fantastic trainer, such a dynamic person, and quite the powerlifter! She shares with us her story and how she's landed where she is today!
Sally talks about being the kid who always wanted to play sports but never quite got it. Sally put in all the work but never was able to "succeed." After going to college, Sally talks about spiraling through 8 medications, depression, anxiety, binge drinking, and more.
At 25, Sally hit a turning point. She realized that it was time to change. After a .2 mile run, she simply started to make gradual changes every day. Sally was frustrated that no one ever told her that this is all she needed to do to be in shape. And, from that point on, Sally decided she wanted to make sure no one felt the way she did.
