Emily Ely is the Director of Special Interest Groups at ATD Austin and a coach for Noodle Partners. As a former kindergarten teacher, who now holds a PhD in Education, she joins us to discuss the similarities between teaching kindergartners and adults, micro-learning, learner engagement, and human-centered design principles.
