Training after an injury

If you have suffered from an injury its easy to stress about the things you can't do whereas you could be working on other areas you can do. It's not always easy to take your own advise however. Just take small little steps in the right direction and don't expect to jump back in where you left off. Take your time, build yourself back up slowly. A lesson I have learnt the hard way. Also a little tutorial on ring archer pushups and ice cream scoops in this episode. And i am still diabolical at skateboarding.
