Training for ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) cannot be over emphasized. There are so many things we can do at home to remain functionally strong. If you are going to a gym, great! When people get older they get fearful about leaving as much. Exercise can still happen. Please make it happen! Caretakers, this is a good listen for you to help the people you are taking care of!
