Winner of the "Getting Started Award", Rob describes his biggest change in the last 6 months has been changing his business focus. From a higher concern for personal production, to becoming more focused on getting others going and growing his team.

"My main goal for 2020," says Rob, "is how can I become successful by consequence of making as many people successful working with me."
