This weeks Training Day Podcast's special guests include one current FFL Hall of Famer and one future Hall of Famer. Jonathan P & Steve G are growing their business and producing at very high levels with promises for favorable outcomes. 

"If everyone kept laser-focused like that, there's no way you're not doing $80K, $90K, 100K." says Jonathan Porcena, VP of FFL La Familia, describing how running the same amount of appointments, but really putting mental focus in overdrive changed his future.

Steve G. became a full time agent back in January of 2019 and is now doing over $50K per month on average in issue paid business. "We've worked for corporations where bosses have insane expectations for you to make a corporation rich, so why would I not have higher expectations to make myself rich?" says Steve regarding his own self-motivation.
