Dave Whichard, Executive Vice President of FFL Velocity, joins Marc Meade on this week's Training Day Podcast.

Dave talks about his beginning with Family First Life and how he plugged in to a system that worked. 

"I went out the first month, we sold about $60K, so we knew the system worked, obviously," says Dave, coming from a different Life Insurance Agency where his main source of "leads" was going door to door.

Dave talks about how the idea of having long-term results and the opportunity of owning a business brought him to life insurance, and how building has been the way for him to achieve his goals.
