BOA Fight, BOA Fit, BOA Sport, BOA Tactical! Adventure meets fitness! The Body Of Armor (BOA) program is all things BOA related. Conversations on increasing skill, strength, and performance with Ultra running, Lifting and the Martial Arts. 
BOA athletes compete in Cross Fit, MMA, Strength and Ultra running events, but most importantly, in BOA Challenges “The Ultimate Athlete”.
