We're all struggling desperately through not being able to climb, but I think the best thing to do now - both from a physiological and psychological perspective - is to stay motivated and keep training, so you can have the upper hand when everything's back to normal. Here, I talk about some of the best ways to do that.
Having said that, training is not essential and if you're feeling down, tired, or just not up for training, there's no harm in taking some time to chill. Don't feel pressured into doing training you're not psyched for, and stay safe!
