asking them if you can help them and be kind.
But what if you ,as the employee are not treated with respect? What if you never feel respected and appreciated. What if you are constantly nagged at doing your job? You have high sales, never had a customer complaint and fellow employees love you.
TRAINING is imperative for Managers so they can properly train employees.
