For me, that started with working out. I hated it. Everything about it felt forced. But once I realized how much it actually supported my nervous system, my clarity, and my confidence… I knew the problem wasn’t the workout. It was the story I had about it.

This episode is about training your mind to desire the things that serve you — not just tolerate them.

Because self-love isn’t always about ease. Sometimes it’s about re-teaching yourself joy where there used to be resistance.
