We train our minds each day, from morning to night. Even if we don’t realize it, we are putting our minds through this endless gymnasium session. Each thought or emotion we process, is training our minds what we want more of. If you keep a thought/feeling in your head for long enough your mind will react to it and feed you more of that same feeling. In turn it believes you want more of that and all the mind wants to do is please you so it conjures more of that feeling for you. When in reality our don’t want that. You want to feel happy, that is something we need to realize and change in our minds
