Coach Don Bartel won a PAC 10 Championship and appeared in the Rose Bowl as an assistant coach at Washington State, and spent 18 years as a high school head coach in Washington.
While he has had many wins on the field, it is his passion for training today's youth in servant leadership principles that is the basis of this week's conversation.
