Auto manufacturing is certainly worlds different than it was just 20 years ago, and with EVs everything is changing again. Recently the Governor’s Office of Workforce Transformation unveiled a plan to prepare workers for EV manufacturing. On this edition of Chamber Amplified from the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Director Eric Leach joins us today to talk about why the initiative was needed and what they’ll be doing to make sure Ohio is competitive in not only EV manufacturing but also competitive for the parts suppliers that come along with it.
