Tuesday - AM Delts/Arms. PM Legs (extensions/curl focused) 

Wednesday - OFF 

Thursday - AM Heavy Legs. PM Arms/Delts 

Friday - Chest. Calves 

Sat - Back (pulldown/pullover focused) 

Sun - Rest
