Intuition is a natural navigational tool that everyone can access (even if you think you can’t). Author and teacher Alexandra Sorgenicht joins Kathy to discuss her experiences developing this concept into a holistic approach and offering it to audiences in Europe and beyond, as well as the practical approaches she teaches to unlock and strengthen intuition.

Alexandra Sorgenicht is a pioneer of intuition training in Germany. A teacher and mentor of more than 20 years, she founded the Institute for Intuition Training in Cologne, Germany in 2007, which expanded to international and online programs in 2019. She is also a filmmaker, author, and entrepreneur whose career has taken her from the Arctic to Antarctica and every continent in between. She is the author of Intuition: Wie du die Stimme deiner Seele stärkst und für ein freies und selbstbestimmtes Leben nutzt (How to Strengthen Your Soul’s Voice and Use It for a Free and Self-Determined Life), published by Goldmann, in German, 2024.
