Carlos has spent over 20 years with the Pan American group of companies full service real estate development and investment firms in Miami. He has expertise in all aspects of real estate development including land economics, development of commercial, industrial, and retail projects, acquisition of investment grade properties, as well as management. Public Sector experience most recently includes service as the 19th Lieutenant Governor of State of Florida (2014-2019). His career in elected office began in 2004 when he was elected to serve as a member of the Florida House of Representatives.
