In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus spends a lot of time showing his disciples and his followers that the Messiah they had been expecting has come. The issue was that the disciples and others misunderstood the full depth of what the Messiah being here meant. On a mountain top, Jesus for the first time revealed himself fully to his disciples. We will look at that scripture today and see how we can better see Jesus ourselves.
