When introducing any significant change in organizations today, the OD/Change practitioner is often met with any number of challenges – the most significant of which is working through conflict, resistance, and anxiety of both leadership and staff alike. Continually, we hear stories of 80% of transformation efforts underperforming if not outright failing. We can and must do better.
