    • Deep technical knowledge of banking processes
    • People management experience
    • Strong budget management skills
    • KPI monitoring experience
    • Experience in project portfolio management
    • Project planning and monitoring experience
    • Critical path definition and monitoring experience
    • Fluent English and Hungarian
    • Strategic leadership in digital transformation
    • Ability to negotiate with the CIO and senior management
    • Flexibility
    • Ability to be in contact with Factories (Deployment of SW projects)
    • Ability to be in contact with Business (Retail, Corporate, CFO, CRO, etc.)
