When building cohesive relationships, it is important to first align your own thought life, your feelings, your beliefs, your aspirations with how you show up. What does relational coherence mean?
It's coming into the space where you're asking yourself, what do I really believe in? What does my thought life look like? What are my consistent emotions? What emotions keep emerging? Where do I want to go? What's ahead for me? What's my desire? And how do I show up? And try and work out whether these are aligned.
