#5 Your body begins having problems because it doesn’t repair and rejuvenate itself with your interrupted sleep patterns.
What Are Some Of The Causes (of the problems)
#1 Poor Life Management -8 key areas everyone must master. They are. Recreation, not vacation.... your ability to unplug from life and rest your mind and give your body a chance to repair itself.
#2 Stress.
#3 You’re busy. Lots on your mind... carrying it to bed
#4 Your nutrition is bad... hydration, caffeine, too much sugar
#5 Electromagnetic chaos. Phones, computers, tvs, apps, there is a swirling amount of electro chaos you need to unplug from. Look around your bedroom. Do you watch the news/ politics / any other stuff laying in bed.... flip the switch and expect to sleep peacefully after all of that crap?
Those are the problems and some of the causes..... enjoy listening to the solutions. Your action plan is to create a simple system to improve the quality of your sleep...... A simple system is an easily understood organized method of action. Lots os simple steps for your simple system!!
