Bryan Elliott is a professional engineer, serial entrepreneur, and holder of multiple technological patents. He is the founder and CEO of FLō Energy Solutions, a 27-year values-based engineering company and trusted advisor to grocery retailers across North America.

Bryan brings an engineer’s mindset to leadership: take things apart, understand what is actually happening, and build something better. He has applied this approach to organizations, people, and even a shelf of books he gives away for free.

Bryan is also the co-founder of M46 Ministries with his daughter, Bryn, and the children's charity Bee Me Kidz. He lives in New Brunswick, Canada, with his wife, Teresa, and their six children.
