Most of us are great observers. We notice when a coworker handles a tense meeting with grace. We notice when a kid in the family quietly does the right thing. We notice when a friend keeps showing up through a hard season. 

But most of us stop at noticing. We observe, think, "that's really good," and move on. 

Today's idea is simple: when you see something good, say something good. Don't just observe it. Acknowledge it.
