As an experienced faculty practitioner, program manager and higher education administrator with a myriad of experience across several public and private sectors, she has over 15 years of experience in program management and policy development, higher education administration, community engagement, training and development and social services and research experience.
Her primary research area is interpersonal and self directed violence prevention and her dissertation focused on campus sexual assault seeks to broaden the scope of campus assault literature by centralizing barriers to application such as a limited understanding of consent by university stakeholders as well as ambiguity in federal enforcement and regulation of policies.
