About Stacy:
Stacy is a Senior Managing Director in Accenture leading our US West Strategy and Consulting business which is a significant component of our West business and Accenture’s new growth model. Prior to this she led Accenture’s North America Talent & Organization business. Based in San Francisco, she has focused on organization strategy and transformation for the past 19+ years. She has worked globally, across a multitude of client situations and industries, integrating real-world experience with recognized approaches to coach the C-Suite and help clients drive transformational agendas to unlock the potential of their organizations, people and technology.
Stacy has designed, led and successfully implemented strategies in the areas of enterprise and digital transformation, talent and HR, finance, operations, marketing, and client services. She has also led numerous clients across a variety of industries in transformational and post-merger integration situations.
Stacy is a sought-after speaker on the topic of the Future of Work in Healthcare and has led our Global point of view in this space given the in-Industry impacts of automation and digital.
Prior to Accenture, she was the CEO of HCG, an organization consultancy specializing in the assessment, alignment and transformation of strategy, corporate culture and leadership.
She received her BS Degree, University of San Francisco, Organizational Behavior. Stacy is also a California Bay Area native and resides in the Bay Area with her Husband and two daughters.
