This week my special guest on the Inspiring Tech Leaders podcast is Paul Fleming, the Strategic Director of Resources at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.

Paul joined Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council in 2018, after an extensive and impressive career with the NHS spanning more than 14 years.

During this time, Paul has achieved a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics from the University of Central Lancashire, as well as a Global Health Leadership Certification from Yale University in Digital Futures.

Paul provides fascinating insight on how he has helped to drive a DevOps culture at the Council, allowing teams to take greater advantage of critical data sets and gaining benefit from the practical application of Low Code / No Platforms.
