At DLA, he helped the agency identify more than $50 million in administrative and operational savings. He later served as the Chief Human Capital Officer for the Department of Homeland Security, which has more than 240,000 civilian and military employees. Today he is a Senior Vice President at the consulting firm ICF and he also runs the ChiefHRO blog.
