Steve Roses is a road warrior. As the Director, Sales William S. Hein & Co., Inc, and HeinOnline, he is at conferences and tradeshows constantly. While that may be put on pause for this pandemic, the need to help the customer continues as strongly as ever. Whether it is opening access to the academic community, or providing special PDF outputs for the courts, Steve Roses communicates and listens to the customers to make sure they have the resources and training they need to get through this tough time.
