We talk about having a will, living will and how important it is to consider who will have financial and medical power of attorney. We look at the reality of being trans in care homes and expectations of what type of care we may get. Community living with other trans people and a whole lot more. 

We don't believe you need a therapist because you are transgender but sometimes it is nice to have someone to talk to that can help you through the difficult times. Like a big sister we are her for you.
