“…My experience is steeped in privilege.  I am white and that’s opened a lot of doors.  I also am the son of immigrants…my transition projected me into the highest level of privilege there is, where not only do I pass or rather assumed as a man everywhere I go; as a cisgender man…people look at me and they don’t think trans, they just think man…so people assume that I am like top shelf, straight, white man, power of privilege and that opens up a ton of doors...”
