Transguard's managing director, Greg Ward, reveals the three things he wants to change about the industry.

In a special podcast episode, Ward said it was vital to address the elephant in the room: liquidity problems plaguing the industry.

"There is, I feel at the moment, an issue of liquidity in the market, but there is also an issue where customers hide behind that issue," he said.  Taking an ironic tone, Ward added that the number of customers who "lose invoice is quite impressive".
