Sometimes the problem you want to solve isn't the problem that you need to solve. Despite what we want to do, we can't change everything, everywhere, all at once!  I tell you a story about a CEO I met last week who is taking on the family business.  It's an amazing opportunity and of course, when there's family involved, it can get complicated. I share what I've done with other founder/CEO businesses in transition and how to approach change in a sensitive scenario like this one.
