About the episode: This conversation is a must listen for anyone who has a young person who is leaving the nest for college. Alexandria Swift (yes, she’s my daughter) offers unique perspective for your young people on what they should expect, the challenges and priorities. She also speaks to the parents and offers suggestions that may save a little pain.

From the host: I wish I had someone to share with me on this level 5 years ago! Alexandria is a recent graduate of the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan and spent 4 years as a Resident Assistant in the dorms on campus in Ann Arbor Michigan. She has held many leadership positions during her academic process and is also well liked and respected among her peers.
