Vice President of Customer Relationship Management for Dynamic Network Solutions

Zada Beasley creates business opportunities that provide real-time

solutions to demanding complex business needs. The effective strategic

planning involved allows several organizations to meet utilization

goals simultaneously. The impact of her creativity is echoed

throughout the business unit and mirrored by executives in her chain

of command. She has received numerous professional and academic

excellence awards for professional achievement with outstanding

customer service and product delivery.

Dr. Tyrone Bennett

Mechanical Engineering Technology Teacher

Tyrone Bennett develops and administers science, health-related,

health science, math, technology, and engineering projects for

underrepresented minority students in four elementary, middle, and

high school districts. He also is certified lobbyist for Stony Brook;

Long Island Representative for the Association for Program

Administrators of CSTEP and STEP, Inc.; and serves as a support staff

and faculty team member of the $11.5-million NSF Math, Science and

Technology Partners Project.

Vallen L. Emery Jr., Ph.D.

Outreach Program Manager for U.S. Army Research Laboratory

Dr. Vallen L. Emery Jr. served as the director of special projects and

the director of marketing at the Johns Hopkins Health Plan in

Baltimore, then as a research biologist for the U.S. Army Corps of

Engineers Waterways Experiment Station, before taking his current

post. He holds a bachelors degree in chemistry from Morgan State

University, a masters degree in marine estuarine and environmental

science from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, and a

doctorate in environmental science from the University of Maryland,

College Park.

William G. Lash

Clinical Recruitment Manager at Plexus Management Group

William Lash is a third-year ELDP engineer working in the Horizontal

Integration division of Business Development for the IS&S business

area. Within this rotation, his responsibilities consist of designing,

planning, coordinating, and executing trade show activities/artifacts

specifically focusing on network centric and horizontal integration

concepts. Extremely active within his community, he has led such

events as the Help the Homeless Walk-a-thon and Feed the Homeless

Community Service events.

Lisa Billingsley

Lisa Billingsley is responsible for increasing NSTARs work force

diversity through the identification of networks and development

of partnerships with local and national

organizations and institutions dedicated to

the development of highly skilled diversity

professionals. An experienced human resources professional, she has

worked in

the health care, high-tech, manufacturing, retail, and energy sectors.

Gaynelle P. Swann

Mission Solutions Manager, Precision Engagement Strategic Business

Area

Raytheon Company

Gaynelle Swann is responsible for developing and implementing

technology strategy across mission solutions for the joint warfighter;

committed to ensuring Raytheon remains at the leading edge of critical

technologies throughout the battlespace. In 2001, she received the

Women of Color Government and Defense Technology Award for Educational

Leadership and the YWCA of Tucson Woman on the Move Award. She

now is president of the Raytheon Black Employees Network Tucson.
