ā¤ļø My love for Ryde has grown even more now, first after interviewing Victor Dominello and now his successor Jordan Lane. 2ļøā£ great individuals: one has already proven himself as a Minister of Customer Service & Digital Govt, and other on the verge of making a historical first tenure in the Parliament of New South Wales.
š It's so refreshing to see millenials like Jordan Lane enter into politics and bringing in their fresh ideas to the table. This episode can be an inspiration for many youngsters to kind of start thinking of politics as an alternative career to create a meaningful impact in the lives of other people.
š Politics is often seen as a dirty game played by some grey-haired people. It's time for us to change that narrative now and bring in more diversity. There needs to be a good mix of experienced people and youngsters moving the countries in the right direction with the right intention. We have got some excellent examples in the form of Sanna Marin from Finland and Jacinda Ardern from New Zealand.āØ In this episode, we not only talked about why and how Jordan decided to transition from industry to politics at a young age but also discussed on what he thinks on the future of Australia as well as the challenges this wonderful country faces.
