With all that’s going on in the world, it’s easy to lose perspective about the significant transitions we encounter in various life stages. I received a message on Instagram from a high school classmate about her daughter who started college this year. She’d been having a difficult time making the transition and started considering dropping out.
I talk in this episode about being mindful of the stress associated with life transitions - even in normal times - and encourage our extending grace to ourselves and others as we navigate these rites of passage during abnormal times.
I give some specific advice to college freshman and sophomores who are considering changing majors or have already changed their major and are still trying to figure out what major they’ll ultimate choose.
